Karolina serves as the Chief Financial Officer at OTB Ventures, combining analytical thinking, risk identification, and the ability to create and implement effective solutions which are crucial in this role. Prior to holding this position, she worked as the Deputy Financial Officer at OTB Ventures, where she excelled in financial management and strategic planning.

Karolina holds two master’s degrees in Finance (Warsaw School of Economics) and Economics (University of Warsaw). Her diverse professional experience complements her strong educational foundation. She began her career at PwC, where she progressed to Senior Associate, subsequently working in Financial Services Advisory at KPMG Poland and as an Expert in the Controlling Department at Alior Bank S.A. Karolina's unique skill set has been pivotal to OTB Ventures progress and continues to drive the company’s performance.
