As a Finance Manager, Szymon ensures the smooth financial operations of OTB Ventures. He brings solid expertise in finance and accounting, with a background spanning transaction advisory and financial audits. His experience across both disciplines has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial processes, reporting, and risk identification. His structured approach to financial management provides a solid backbone for OTB's operations and growth.

Before joining OTB, Szymon was involved in multiple transactions and financial audits, most recently leading financial due diligence projects as a Manager at KPMG and TS Partners. He holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Beyond OTB:

  • Outside of work, he loves spending time with family and friends — preferably on the move, as he is passionate about sports.
  • A board game enthusiast, who sees it as the perfect blend of quality time with loved ones and a good workout for his analytical mind.
