Ignacy is an Investment Analyst at OTB Ventures, where he works across the full investment cycle, from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio support and value creation.

Before joining OTB, he gained broad exposure to the legal and financial dimensions of complex transactions through summer positions at leading international law firms in London, including Vinson & Elkins, Macfarlanes, and Goodwin, across energy, private funds, and technology practices respectively. He subsequently gained transaction experience at EY-Parthenon, before joining Kearney in Warsaw as a management consultant. There, he worked on a range of high-impact engagements, including business plan validation for a major fiber internet provider, co-leading a procurement transformation for a top-five Polish bank, and developing a go-to-market strategy for an automotive manufacturer.

He holds an LLB in Law from Durham University, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics, where he graduated second in his cohort.

Beyond OTB:

  • Outside the office, Ignacy splits his time between the golf course and tennis court, two sports that reward both patience and precision. He also enjoys reading and travel, with a fondness for destinations that take him somewhere new and unexpected.
