Alicja has a robust background in finance, marked by her experience in financial due diligence and strategic finance. She earned her degree in Corporate Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, laying a strong foundation for her career in the sector.

She worked in Financial Due Diligence at PwC, analyzing companies’ financial health, performance, and risks to help clients make informed investment decisions. Alicja expanded her expertise in Strategic Finance at the e-commerce platform Shopee, where she played a pivotal role in financial planning and data-driven strategic decision-making.

Alicja joined the team as an Associate in February 2023. Her experience, hands-on approach, and outgoing personality add unique value to OTB, helping the team to source and scale the next industry giants.

Beyond OTB:

  • Outside the office, Alicja enjoys an active lifestyle, whether running along the Vistula riverside or attending yoga classes.
  • She also loves exploring Warsaw’s gastronomy scene, always on the lookout for new dining spots.
