Adam has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive, and more than a decade as an investor, laying the foundation for sound judgment and keen venture instincts. He started his professional career in The Boston Consulting Group.

Before embarking on his OTB journey, he co-founded Expander (one of the first Polish FinTech) and Platinum Bank (an innovative Ukrainian bank), as well as the corporate startup of UniCredit Group – Xelion, where he served as CEO. Before co-founding OTB he was Deputy CEO of the largest bank in CEE - PEKAO SA (WSE: PEO). He's an alumnus of Warsaw School of Economics and Stanford University – Gradual School of Business.

He has been deeply rooted in the financial sector since the beginning of his career. For the last 10 years, he has been active in SpaceTech, becoming an expert and the go-to person for space tech investments. Big believer in AI, and not just recently, but actively investing in this space since 2019.

As a co-founder of OTB Ventures, Adam serves as a Managing Partner and is also an active Board Member for several companies in the OTB portfolio, including ICEYE, Silent Eight, KYP.ai, Hydrosat, and FintechOS.

Beyond OTB:

  • Modern art connoisseur, actively serving on the Supervisory Board of Desa Unicum which is one of the largest auction houses in Europe. Loves to collect and contemplate art, especially with a glass of good wine and a cigar.
  • Member of the Board of Advisors at the University Technology Transfer Center of the University of Warsaw.
  • Since 2008 an active YPOer spending 3 years as Executive Committee Member (2008 – 2011).
  • Outside of work, you can be found at rock music concerts or exploring the underwater world, always ready to dive deep into new adventures.
