Position Overview

OTB Ventures is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our VC Investment Team for a summer internship. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in venture capital investing team.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with investment professionals, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and support portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the team with:

• Sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across our preferable sectors: SpaceTech,Enterprise Automation & AI, FinTech Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
• Shadowing of board meeting.
• Cooperation with associate.
• Preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and investment themes.
• Collaborate with the investment team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the firm’s investment strategy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a keen interest in venture capital and startup ecosystems.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in finance, business, economics, or engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
