Tomasz Lepka is an Investment Associate at OTB Ventures, where he leverages his expertise in finance and data analytics to drive successful venture capital investments.

His career spans a variety of high-stakes financial environments, bringing valuable insights to the table. Prior to joining OTB Ventures, Tomasz worked as an Investment Associate at PFR Ventures, contributing to the management and growth of a venture capital fund of funds. His earlier roles include various positions at BNP Paribas Investment Banking.

Tomasz holds an International MSc in Finance from Nova School of Business and Economics and a BSc in International Business Economics from Pompeu Fabra University.
