Mateusz is a Partner at OTB Ventures, where he focuses on opportunities across Enterprise Automation & AI, Industrial Tech, and Cybersecurity.

Before joining OTB, Mateusz worked at Prosus in Amsterdam for over four years, focusing on venture capital and growth equity investments across Europe.

Prior to investing, he gained operational experience in the tech sector at Expedia in London where he helped to build and scale a new product category. Mateusz also previously worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston and Warsaw, advising private equity firms on their tech and tech-enabled investments. Beyond this, he also worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in London, executing M&A transactions across Europe.

Mateusz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters’s degree from Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at Singapore Management University.

  • He devours non-fiction books and podcasts at the intersection of technology, geopolitics, and economics. However, he also has a soft spot for classic science fiction—think Lem, Huxley, or Dick, rather than Marvel Universe superheroes.
