Mateusz is a Partner at OTB Ventures, where he focuses on opportunities across Enterprise Automation & AI, Industrial Tech, and Cybersecurity.

Before joining OTB, Mateusz worked at Prosus in Amsterdam for over four years, working across venture capital and growth equity investments across Europe.

Prior to beginning a career in the investment sector, he gained operational experience in the tech sector at Expedia in London where he helped to build and scale a new product category. Mateusz also previously worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston and Warsaw, advising private equity firms on their tech and tech-enabled investments. Beyond this, he also worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in London, executing M&A transactions across Europe.

Mateusz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters’s degree from Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at Singapore Management University.
