Ania's diverse academic and professional experience across law and entrepreneurship have cultivated a deep appreciation for different paths and perspectives. This unique background has taught her that there's no single formula for success.

With a law degree from the University of Warsaw and Nova University in Lisbon, complemented by her studies at the College of Interdisciplinary Individual Humanistic and Social Studies and Management at Kozminski University, Ania's career began in the diplomatic realm. Her traineeship at the Council of Europe Development Bank in Paris provided invaluable experience in international finance. Seeking a career with more direct impact, she transitioned to the startup ecosystem, joining Knowledge Hub Starter VC. Here, she invested in early-stage opportunities and gained firsthand knowledge of the European startup landscape.

Beyond OTB:

  • Ania has been actively involved in tech climate action initiatives through the Global Shapers Warsaw Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum. This role underscores her commitment to sustainable and impactful investments.
  • In her spare time, you'll find her either joyfully crafting functional objects on a wheel or having a fun tennis match with her friends.
