We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and entrepreneurial Investment Intern to join our Warsaw-based team. This 12-weeks internship offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the venture capital ecosystem and the world of DeepTech startups. You’ll work closely with experienced investors, gain insight into the full investment lifecycle, and contribute to high-impact projects across sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively source and evaluate early-stage startups through various channels.
- Support the investment process end-to-end - from initial screening and due diligence to preparing investment committee materials.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes, and present your findings to the team.
- Assist in ongoing support for portfolio companies.
- Prepare high-quality investment memos, internal presentations, and materials for external stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Min. Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, technology or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities - you enjoy diving into complex topics and extracting key insights.
- Passion for startups and an eye for spotting disruptive innovations.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills; able to present complex ideas in a structured and compelling way.
- Working experience with Microsoft Office - specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in English.
