Welcoming General Rajmund T. Andrzejczak to OTB Ventures

We are pleased to welcome General Rajmund T. Andrzejczak to OTB Ventures as a Strategic Adviser.

General Andrzejczak served as Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Armed Forces from 2018 to 2023, the highest-ranking military position in Poland. Over more than three decades of service, he held senior command and strategic roles in Poland and internationally, including operational leadership in multinational missions in Iraq and Afghanistan and extensive cooperation across NATO structures.

He now joins OTB to support the success of our defence tech and dual-use investments and to help scale technologies that translate into real operational capability.

At a time when security, resilience, and technological sovereignty are central to Europe’s future, his experience will strengthen our work with founders building the next generation of defence solutions. We are committed to advancing the Polish and European defence ecosystems, helping shape a more resilient and integrated European security landscape.
