Mateusz Łukasik has been promoted to Partner

We are excited to announce that Mateusz Łukasik has been promoted to Partner at OTB Ventures 👏

Since joining us a year ago Mateusz has been an invaluable part of our team, bringing a wealth of experience and a remarkable approach to everything he does.
He is particularly passionate about enterprise automation, industrial tech/IoT, and data infrastructure. His deep due diligence skills and intellectual curiosity have been instrumental in sourcing and executing projects that align with our vision.

As a Partner, Mateusz will continue to play a pivotal role in shaping our investment agenda, executing new investments, and working closely with founders.

Mateusz’s impressive career includes his tenure at Prosus, where he focused on venture capital and growth equity investments across Europe. Before that, he managed strategy and product at Expedia, worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, and as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan.
Mateusz holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters Degree from Warsaw School of Economics.
